Selling ain't all Sunshine & Rainbows......FACT!

Let me tell you something you already know about Field Sales, Direct Sales and working on Commission Only.

This Sales World ain't all Sunshine and Rainbows.

It is a very mean and nasty place and it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.......FACT!

It's a mental rollercoaster with the highs of how well you are going to do and then the lows when you just don't get that sale.

You, me, Nobody is gonna hit as hard as the life in Sales. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward.......FACT!

Selling is about how much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. That's how selling is done and that is how earning money is done.

Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you gotta be willing to take the hit, and not pointing fingers saying you ain't where you are because of him, or her, or anybody. Cowards do that and that ain't you. You're better than that!

What are you worth? What income do you feel you deserve? How much time and effort do you put in to trying to receive that income?

You know how to sell...Don't you? So let's not waste time going through the basics. Once you joined the company you work for or selected the product or service that you sell, you would have been trained on those basics. You will have a procedure to follow, so follow it.

If you are like most though it's the mental side that gets at you....and once that negative self-talk or that destructive disbelief of yourself or your product kicks in and you start blaming everybody in the world but yourself, you need to fix it and you need to fix it NOW and maintain it constantly.....FACT!
